How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 weeks to process since every painting takes hours of hand painting and our artists are working extended hours due to high demand.

Shipping times vary depending on your location but usually range from 2-6 business days in the US, 10-15 business days in other countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we do provide tracking to everywhere in the world!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

1. I entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped. What can I do?
