Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is final sale due to the personalized nature of the painting. We do not accept refunds or returns.

If you would like to change the image you uploaded, please contact us within the first 24 hours after you have placed your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 weeks to process since every painting takes hours of hand painting and our artists are working extended hours due to high demand.

Shipping times vary depending on your location but usually range from 2-6 business days in the US, 10-15 business days in other countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we do provide tracking to everywhere in the world!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

1. I entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped. What can I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, and unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes on our end. As long as we have shipped your order to the address you entered for shipping, we will not be responsible for any delivery failures.
